5 GPS Vehicle Tracking

Our vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices. By entering into a rental agreement with Ez Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to the use of GPS technology to monitor the location of the rented vehicle. GPS data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Theft prevention and vehicle recovery.
• Verifying compliance with geographic restrictions outlined in your rental agreement.
• Fleet management and operational efficiency.
• Assisting law enforcement in the event of a reported theft or unauthorized use.

GPS location data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6 Data Security & Breach Notification

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure third-party payment processing through Stripe.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, Ez Rentals will provide notice as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (Fla. Stat. § 501.171). Notification will be provided in the manner and within the time required by applicable law.

7 Policy for Children

Our services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
